Hangs all the time

Im developing applications that contains media servers, so I wanted to have players that can play media from UPnP A/V devices. I bought this player for my iPhone and for the Mac
This application keeps hanging both on the Mac and on the iPhone. If I select a media server, it waits for ever until it shows its content (if at all). The iPhone app simply crash.
For the Mac, just use VLC...
Its pure waist of money.
